Verbal Lease Agreement Eviction

Since an oral contract is legally binding and creates a legal tenancy agreement, the legal rights of the landlord and tenant apply under the Housing Act, which includes the right of landlords to recover their property. I have rented a house for the last six months, but I would like to evacuate now that the owner does not provide water as promised, which I can not continue because I can not survive without. the owner says she can`t return the deposit because I didn`t give a one-month notification which she didn`t inform me of and we didn`t have a written agreement. Am I entitled to my bail, which I believe was the one who broke the terms of the contract? As a general rule, you must provide a notification to your landlord 30 days in advance before moving. A few months ago he had an operation of a blow stuck in his stretcher witch made him sick, which was all said, took on me twice already, telling me to do my business a move and then turn around an hour or so later an excuse tells me I can stay .

So today is the tired time to do it, he tells me that he doesn`t have enough work from me for rent and that most normal jobs work 40 hours a week if I work only 4 to 6 hours a day 3 or 4 days a week, but they add up hours a day quickly and the work I do would cost him so much more than the $500 my apartment each month. I think what I ask is what to do against threats to expose myself?? If it exists, I can`t help but be thrown into the street after working so hard to live here. I moved into a 2 and a half bed (I say that this becoulse the box room is 5/5ft) so my kids have, to split the rent was ourspres 400witch I`m not cheep, but the house was in a state and has been abandoned for months: colorful mattresses bottles of alcohol were all a plethora of old furniture, so the deal was 2 months rent-free and pass the deposit on new carpets I received the keys in July, but only in mid-September I came back and paid rent on the previous property until September. the lease is dated the first step, but I could never in until the 21st. we played the rent on the 27the and have done it ever since. A year after renting this property, my owner sadly died in a tragic accident and was not sure what would happen next.
